      Year on Year Report

      Summary of the Report

      The Year on Year report is a high level report that compares the sales to that of the same period for previous years. This report makes it easy to access a snap shot of historical data to asses growth in the current reporting period.

      Note: To find this report search 'Year on Year' in OfficeMate

       

      Available Filters in the Report

      • Daily, Week Ending, Monthly, Quarterly
      • All Day, Custom Time Range, Day Part
      • Price Level

      The Information in the Report

      Filters

      • First select the desired report in the navigation panel so that the: Date, Week Ending, Month or Quarter can be selected

      Period

      • Each year, since the first year there is information in the OrderMate software, will be displayed on a separate line for the corresponding reporting period

      Sales Value

      • Total Sales figures for the current & previous periods
      • Sales figures are Inc GST
      • Sales figures are including discounts or surcharges

      Diff to Previous

      • The difference between total sales of the current period, to the previous period
      • Sales figures are Inc GST
      • Sales figures are including discount or surcharges
      • Can be positive (+) or negative (-) difference

      Diff to Previous Percent

      • The percentage difference between total sales of the current period, to the previous period
      • Can be positive (+) or negative (-) difference
