      Viewing Closed Accounts in WaiterMate

      Summary

      Closed accounts are orders that have been paid for and finalized. In WaiterMate, the 'Closed Accounts' feature allows you to review order details, change the payment type (if within the same trading day), issue refunds, and reprint bills.

      How to view Closed Accounts in WaiterMate

      1. Log into WaiterMate
      2. Select "System Admin" on the bottom right

      3. Select "Closed Accounts"
      4. Change the date range and select the account type

      5. Select the account that you wish to view
