The OrderMate Portal will query your POS system live for the most current data. As soon as you log in to The OrderMate Portal, our The OrderMate Portal server will request data from your OrderMate system. While you're viewing The OrderMate Portal, data will be requested continuously so that you're looking at what's happening now.
Is The OrderMate Portal Secure?
The OrderMate Portal is unique in that it doesn’t store any of your report data. Each time you log into The OrderMate Portal, it makes a secure connection to your POS system via the internet (using SSL) and requests the data. The only place your data is stored is in the POS server in your venue.
