Configure Sales Locations

Sales Locations can be configured within OfiiceMate so that distinct areas within a venue can be treated as separate entities for the purpose of tracking and reporting sales data, providing valuable insights into performance.

Each terminal within a venue can be assigned to a sales location, and easily switched if required, so that the sales for each area, always report to the desired sales location.  

To configure a Sales Location:

  1. Login to OfficeMate 

  2. Select the Setup screen from the Navigation bar

     

  3. Navigate to the 'Configuration' screen then select Sales Locations from the drop-down list

     

  4. On the top right, select the 'New' button.

 

 

 

To assign Location Terminals to your desired Sales Location:

  1.  Select the Setup tab from the Navigation bar on the left, select Devices, then select Terminals

     

  2. Select your desired Terminal and then select edit on the top right

  3. Select the dropdown menu next to 'Sales Locations' and then choose the current location the terminal should be set to (see guide for manually changing this in WaiterMate also).

  4. Select the dropdown menu next to ‘Default Sales Location’ to determine the Sales Location that the Terminal should be default to at the beginning of each trading day.
