Request a OrderMate License Activation Key

This guide explains how to request an OrderMate License Activation Key for offline systems not connected to the internet.

1. Connect a keyboard to your OrderMate server (usually main terminal).
2. Hold down the windows key: 
   
   and press R
3. In the Run window enter CMD and click OK
   
   
   
4. Type hostname and press Enter
   
   
   
5. If the result shows ORDERMATE you are on your server please continue to step 6, if not please repeat this on another touch screens from step 1
   
   
   
6. Type getmac and press enter.
7. Take a photo of the below screen and send via email to help@ordermate.com.au
