Processing an Un-integrated Payment

Summary

This guide explains how to process offline/MOTO payments using bank PinPads in WaiterMate

Taking an un-integrated payment;

1. Take an order in WaiterMate and navigate to the pay screen. 
2. Select the payment type (e.g., credit or debit, and the specific card type). 
3. Press 'OK'
4. The EFT PinPad will display 'Present Card' (or a similar prompt), mirrored on the WaiterMate touch screen. 
5. Press the 'Function' button on the PinPad. 
6. Enter the required details as prompted by the PinPad.
