Processing an Un-integrated Payment in WaiterMate

Summary

This guide explains how to finalise an offline/MOTO payments in WaiterMate after taking the payment via the EFTPOS PinPad

Taking an un-integrated payment;

1. Take an order in WaiterMate and navigate to the pay screen. 
2. Select the "Card" Payment Type
3. Press 'Offline Eftpos' (this will not light up the PinPad with the amount, as this approach is un-integrated) 
   
   
   
   Please also note: if the "Offline Eftpos" button is not visible for your user permission level, please contact your administrator to permission accordingly.
4. Press "Save"
