Step 1 - Create the New Price Level

Navigate the 'Price Level' screen in OfficeMate.
- Select the 'Add' icon from the right-hand side of the screen.
Step 2 - Configure the Price Level

Name the Price Level
- Select 'Show on Receipt' to display the price level on the customer's tax invoice.
- Choose the 'Default Price Level' if this should become the primary price level (use with caution).
- Add a trigger if this price level should only be active under specific conditions (e.g., delivery orders or happy hour) by selecting the 'Add' icon and choosing from the list of available triggers.

Step 3 - Auto Fill the Price level
The Auto-Fill feature allows pricing to be set based on an existing price level.
- Select the reference price level.
- Apply a dollar amount or percentage adjustment (e.g., 10% lower than the reference price level).
- Choose a rule to apply:
- Update all prices including existing ones: Applies the rule to all items.
- Update only empty prices, skip existing ones: Fills in only items without a price (used when adding new menu items).
- Update only existing prices, skip empty ones: Adjusts only existing prices without affecting new, unpriced items (useful for menu price increases.
- Select the tick icon to save the changes.
Step 4 - Updating the Prices
- Once the price level is created, run the selected rule to update the prices.
- Select the 'Update Prices' icon from the right-hand side of the screen.
- Confirm the rule settings
- Select 'OK' to apply the update.
Step 5 - Manually Editing the Prices in the New Price Level

In the navigation panel, select 'Items'
- Open the 'Item Prices' tab at the top of the screen.
- Review the prices.
- Edit prices manually by clicking on the desired price and making adjustments.
Note: Changes are automatically saved in this screen, so there is no need to select a save option.
