Summary of the Reports
The Pluses or Options Sold reports show how menu items are being modified. Analysing this data often shows customer preferences that may assist when redesigning a menu as it can highlight high and low performing modifiers.
Note: To find these reports search 'Pluses Sold Report' or 'Options Report' in OfficeMate
Available Filters in the Reports
- Custom Date Range, Daily, Week Ending, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly
- All Day, Custom Time Range, Day Part
- Plus Group, Option Group
- Size, Plus Items, Option Item
The Information in the Reports
Filters
- Refine the search for a time period and/or plus/option group
Plus/Option Group
- The name of the plus/option group the item belongs to
Size
- The size of the plus/option group the item belongs to
Option Name
- The name of the plus/option that was ordered
Price
- The average price Inc GST that the plus/option was sold for
- Excluding discounts or surcharges
Quantity
- The quantity of this plus/option that was sold
Sales
- Total sales value Inc GST for the plus/option sold
- Excluding discounts or surcharges
