My Store(s) are inactive
Your store will only be active in The OrderMateb Portal if you are on a current OrderMate support plan. If you have just signed up or renewed your plan with us, please allow up to 24 hours for your store to activate again.
Unable to connect to store
Your store may not be online! Because The OrderMate Portal works live, you need a working internet connection to your POS system. You should check on one of your POS terminals to make sure your internet connection is online and working.
There is also some configuration that an OrderMate technician may need to complete in your modem/router to connect your OrderMate system to the internet for The OrderMate Portal to access your data. If you have recently changed internet providers or have replaced your modem, this configuration will likely need to be re-done. If you think this is the case you should call our support line (1300 667 067).
The OrderMate Portal data doesn't match what the POS says
- The data that you see in The OrderMate Portal is retrieved live from the POS as soon as you log in. The data shown rounds to the dollar, so it will not match "to the cent".
- The OrderMate Portal can also show figures 'Inc' or 'Ex' tax. When comparing figures between The OrderMate Portal and the POS, make sure you're comparing like-for-like and know which setting your The OrderMate Portal is set to - this can be found in the top right hand menu of the screen in The OrderMate Portal.
- The OrderMate Portal reports sales figures (not takings). Sales figures and takings figures can be different for various reasons. If you're not sure on this, you should refer to the "Sales to Takings" report in OfficeMate.
