Oolio Pay - OPAY sending payment to wrong EFTPOS

Continue to pay but the payment was sent to a different EFTPOS not in your hand?

It's because the OPAY APP think you are someone else!

Follow the guide below to fix it in minutes!


  1. Check your EFTPOS serial number

    Go to settings -> Device Info





    Note down your serial number.

  2. Open OPAY APP - DO NOT LOGIN

  3. Open OPAY Settings on top right


    If your username and password is empty, please contact Ordermate Support

  4. Check your Redback Store ID, it should be your venue's name.



    If your store name is INCORRECT, please contact Ordermate Support

  5. Open the Terminal ID dropdown list and select the serial number in step #1

  6. Press Save Settings



  7. You are ready to go now!
