How to unlock Tables, Phone Orders or Bar Tabs in WaiterMate
- Login to WaiterMate and select the table tab, as below:
- Select "System Admin" at the bottom right to access the admin screen (appearance may cary based on user permissions).
Note: This screen may look slightly different depending on which user permissions you have been given. - Select "Unlock Accounts and Sections". You will be taken to the following screen:
- Select the locked table, phone order, or bar tab
- The System may prompt you to confirm unlocking. Click "OK" to complete the process.
