      How to Reset a Password or PIN in Officemate

      This article will explain:

      • How to reset a password or PIN

      A password is used to log into OfficeMate and a PIN can be used to log into WaiterMate. This guide explains how to change the password or PIN in OfficeMate.

      1. Login to OfficeMate as an administrator
      2. Navigate to Maintenance/General/Users


      3. Find the appropriate user account and double click or select 'Edit' from the toolbar at the top of the screen
      4. Edit the password/Pin accordingly. Please note:
        • Password is for OfficeMate
        • PIN is for WaiterMate




      5. Select 'Ok'
      6. The reset will take affect straight away
