      How To Force A Menu Download

      Summary

      Normally, changes made in OfficeMate, such as pricing or menu updates, require logging out and back into WaiterMate to take effect. During this process, you will see a "Downloading Menu" message, indicating the changes have been applied. 

      This guide demonstrates how to force a menu download in WaiterMate if the updates do not occur automatically 

      How To Force A Menu Download

      1. Log in to WaiterMate.

      2. Select 'System Admin'.

      3. Go to the System Tab.

      4. Select 'Download Menu'

      This will now force download the menu.

      If that doesn't work, you can perform a safe restart.

      Safe Restart

      If 'Download Menu does not reflect the changes made, it is recommended to restart the WaiterMate software. 

      To do this, select the 'Safe Restart' button in the System Amin tab. This will close WaiterMate and automatically relaunch the software.
