Timesheets in OfficeMate allow users to record time and attendance for payroll purposes. Staff mebers create their own Timesheets by clocking on and off in WaiterMate. Users with the appropriate permissions can view, print, and edit Timesheets in OfficeMate as needed.

How to clock on and off in WaiterMate
- Log in:
Access WaiterMate and select 'System Admin' or 'System' icon in the bottom-right corner. - Access Clock On/Off:
Select the Clock On/Off icon located near the middle-top of the screen. - Clock On
- Select the 'Clock On' icon on the left side of the screen.
- A confirmation message will display "You have clocked on, [User Name]."
- Select 'OK' to proceed. - A confirmation message will display "You have clocked on, [User Name]."
- Select 'OK' to proceed. - Verify Clock On:
- The department and clock-on time will appear as a line of text on the right side of the screen.
- Exit the screen by pressing the 'Back Arrow' in the bottom-left corner twice. - Clock Off:
- Follow the same steps to Clock Off.
How to view and print Timesheets in WaiterMate
- Log in: Use a terminal with a receipt printer attached.
- Access Timesheets: Staff members can view or print their own timesheets from the Clock On/Off screen.
- Print Timesheets: Select 'Print Last Week' or 'Print Current Week' to print the desired timesheet.
