Adding Customers in WaiterMate

Summary

This article explains how to assign customers to orders and add them to the Customer Database in WaiterMate, this can be done quickly through the "Quicksale" or using either "System Amin" or "Account Admin". A "Customer" in OrderMate is a record that stores essential details like Name, Phone Number, and Home Address. 1. Adding a Customer in WaiterMate:

WaiterMate lets you add a customer to an order quickly via the 'Quick Sale' tab. 

1. Login and navigate to the Quick Sale tab. Select the required menu items (this can also be done after adding the customer) 

2. Select 'Customer' at the bottom right of the screen. 

3. Search by Name or Phone Number to check if the customer already exists. 

  • if found, customer details will appear on the right side of the screen.  
  • if not, select "Add Customer" and input details (Name, Address, Email, Notes). 

 

4.  Click "OK" to save and assign the customer to the order. 

2. Adding a Customer in 'System Admin' 

1. Login and select "System Admin"

2. Navigate to the "Customer" tab and click "Add Customer

3. Enter customer details.

4. Select 'Ok' to add the customer.

 

Adding a Customer in 'Account Admin'

1. Login and select "Account Admin". 

 

2. Click "Set Customer" and choose an existing customer or input new details.

4. Select "OK" to finalize the addition.
