Please see the below steps to try if you Tyro Device is slow or stop working via the integration;
Step 1) It is important that every Tyro device has a EFTPOS receipt roll in the machine, irrespective even if the EFTPOS receipt printing is setup to go to the POS Printer.
If you do not have an EFTPOS roll inside the device, please insert it and have it remain in the device permanently.
Step 2) After you have confirmed the above step, please ensure to clear any pending receipts (using the below steps), otherwise, this will slow down the device and eventually stop operating via the integration
- Press Menu
- Select Network and Diagnostics
- Select Pending Receipts
- Select Clear Pending Receipts
Step 3) If you have successfully followed the above and are still having performance issues, please try different styles of connections methods.
Step 4) Contact OrderMate Support or Tyro Support to troubleshoot further.
