Step 1)
Confirm that OrderMate Technical Support has completed the appropriate configuration to interact through Doshii. This is usually completed after the initial request has been emailed to help@ordermate.com.au
Step 2)
Log into OfficeMate with an administrator user, typically the venue owner would have these details.
Step 3)
Go to Setup -> Devices -> EFTPOS
Step 4)
Press "+ New" at the top to create new a EFTPOS integration entry. Please note that a new entry must be created per required PinPad that you would like to be integrated
Step 5)
* Select the appropriate EFTPOS Type as "Online / Oorb / Doshii"
* Type in an appropriate label, e.g. Doshii (Windcave/Smart Hospitality) - Bar
* Assign the appropriate Cash Drawer, that the touch screen is assigned to
* Press "Fetch Terminals" and select the appropriate PIP (App Entry), which will auto-populate or give you an option of which EFTPOS provider if you have multiple
IMPORTANT NOTE: "Print Receipts" is not honoured, currently it will only print the EFTPOS receipt through the PinPad after a transaction
6) From the respective Waitermate Terminal, please ensure that it is integrated into the respective EFTPOS Pinpad by testing a transaction
e.g.
Order items -> press pay
Press "Credit"
Press "Ok", please note, it does not matter which Card Type you choose as we receive this information back from Doshii
Then the following will show on the touch screen and the PinPad, when it's successfully integrated

Surcharge/Tips

Dynamic Surcharging is set up on Windcave's/Smart Hospitality's end, Merchant must call Windcave/Smart Hospitality for them to set up on all the Pinpads
- After Windcave/Smart Hospitality set this up, on each of the PinPads there is a process to go through to reboot/download changes also
- Do NOT setup OrderMate to do surcharging via Payment Types in OfficeMate

If the PinPad processes a tip or surcharge or both, OM will receive it back integrated accordingly
