Summary
The Now Book It platform has the ability to create complimentary vouchers, which can later be redeemed in OrderMate once the two platforms are integrated. The process of redeeming the vouchers is the same as vouchers that are purchase online - See Guide Here

Issuing a Complimentary Voucher
- Log in to your Now book it account
- Navigate to Management in the navigation panel on the left hand side of the screen
- Select the Comp icon from the top righthand side of the screen
- Select the $ value for the voucher to be issues
- Select the quantity of vouchers to be issued (for each $ value)
- Complete;
- Customers Details
- Recipients Details
- Gift Card Details
- Then select the Confirm Icon
- The voucher can now be redeemed as normal
