Creating Par Levels will allow Stock Items to be configured with minimum and maximum values of stock on hand to be held. Once the stock on hand is decremented below this level, a suggested order can be viewed which would include the stock required to meet the minimum levels. From this, a purchase order could be generated then saved as a PDF or even emailed directly to the supplier from OfficeMate. This video covers the set up required.
