How do I disconnect my Xero Account from OrderMate POS?
In order to disconnect, navigate to Accounting Integration section in Officemate and click the 'Disconnect from Xero'.
When and how does data sync occur?
Depending on the 'Export Frequency' setup in the integration, it could be Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annually and even Manually. Data gets exported to Xero from OrderMate at the start of the day for the previous day if it is setup for Daily exports.
