What is a 'Locked' Account Type:
Sometimes you might run into an issue where a table, phone order or bar tab is locked and you need to unlock it to proceed. This is where you are unable to use a Table Account, Phone Account or Bar Tab because it is shown as locked by a user.
How to unlock Tables, Phone Orders or Bar Tabs in WaiterMate
1. Login to WaiterMate and select the table tab, as below:
2. Select "System Admin" on the bottom right hand side. You will be taken to the following screen:
Note: This screen may look slightly different depending on which user permissions you have been given.
3. Select "Unlock Accounts and Sections". You will be taken to the following screen:
4. Select the table, phone order or bar tab that is locked. From here, the system may prompt you if you wish to proceed. Select 'OK' to complete the unlocking.
