Step 1 - Generating the Report
The 'Stock on Hand' report can be found in OfficeMate under the 'Reports' section.
Navigate to the 'Stock on Hand' report using by typing the report name into the search field on the navigation panel of OfficeMate.
Step 2 - Using Filters and Options
At the top of the page, there are a few filter selections that you can make depending on what data the report needs to display.
The checkbox marked "Group Results" will consolidate all the Stock Items into 1 list if unchecked, and will group items by Stock Group if checked.
If the system has the Multi-Stock Area License enabled, additional stock area filters are available form a drop down on the left hand side of the screen. By default, this is set to (All) which is all stock areas present.
You can also set a specific Stock Group to filter by selecting it from the list on the left of the report.
After you have entered a filter adjustment, click the refresh button.
Handy Hint! Stock Groups (where stock items are organised) are usually different to Menu Sections (where Menu Items are found in WaiterMate), but will sometimes be called the same thing! You can tell the difference between these by their colour. Blue = Section, Red = Stock Group.
