Summary
Different sized tablets cause the system to look differently. To resolve this we will need to adjust the resolution in which the Tablets are accessing the server. This makes text / icons easier to read and also makes them bigger.

Step 1 - Display Settings
The Microsoft Remote Desktop application has a range of In-built settings, however the one we are most concerned with is Display.
To get to this Open the RD Client Application, Select the Menu Button in the top Left (3 Horizontal Lines) and Select Display
Step 2 - Setting up the Resolution
Once in the Display Settings, you are able to increase / decrease the resolution.
Select Custom, this will bring up the sizes that are currently used. Select the Lowest Resolution Available (Usually this is the first option), alternatively you can choose 1028x768 (If Available) and lastly, Select Save
Step 3 - Reconnecting
Once everything is all configured, go ahead and re-connect to the remote session.
Select Menu button in the top right, then Select Home - and Connect to your session.
Note: If some icons are cut off or missing, you may need to wait until the server restarts itself automatically.
