What does a Customer mean in Ordermate:
A Customer is where we can set up a database of our actual customers. Once you add in new customers, the system will save all the customer information such as; Name, Number and Home Address into your Customer Database. This article shows you how to add customers in WaiterMate.

Adding a Customer in WaiterMate:
The system lets you add a customer to an order quickly via the 'Quick Sale' tab.
1. Login using the usual login method
2. Select the 'Quick Sale' tab
3. Select 'Customer' on the bottom right
4. Search Customers by Name or Phone Number to ensure you don't have the customer added already
Note: If you have the customer already added in the Customer Database, you will see their details appear on the right hand side of the screen.
4. If you don't have the customer added, select 'Add Customer' on the bottom right
5. You can add a Name to your customer, and chose to add in additional details such as Address, Email and Notes by selecting the additional tabs.
6. Click 'Ok' and your customer details are added into the Customer Database and assigned to the Quicksale Order.
Adding a Customer in 'System Admin'
1. Login using the usual login method
2. Select 'System Admin'.
3. Under 'Customers' tab, select 'Add Customer'
4. Enter in customer details.
5. Select 'Ok' to add the customer.
Adding a Customer in 'Account Admin'
1. Login using the usual login method.
2. Select 'Account Admin'.
3. Select 'Set Customer'
4. Chose customer or enter in customer details.
5. Select 'Ok' to add the customer.
