What is the Item Sold Report?
The 'Item Sold Report' is one of the staple sales reports in OfficeMate, and looks at the quantities, average prices, and total sales amounts for Menu Items sold in the system.
This is a great report for looking at menu changes, the average sell price for particular items, or the most popular sections or categories.
How to generate the Item Sold Report
The 'Item Sold Report' can be found in OfficeMate under the 'Reports' section.
- Navigate to the ‘Item Sold Report’ report using by typing the report name into the search field on the navigation panel of OfficeMate.
- At the top of the page, there are two drop-downs to set the date range of the report.
Select these and wait for the report to generate. There are some pre-set values for these date ranges, which can be found in the drop-down to the right.
Uncheck the "All Day" box to select a particular time period as well, if desired.
3. Select the "Advanced" button to select even more specific fields to filter the report by such as Section and Category.
Handy Hint: Report taking a while to load? Don't worry! The 'Item Sold Report' is very detailed and can take a little longer than usual to load if a wide date range is selected.

Once complete, the report can be exported 2 different kinds of PDF formats by selecting on of the tabs from the top of the page.
