For venue's that run over long periods, or have separate service periods during one trading day, it is possible to create multiple 'Shifts' to allow multiple cash ups throughout the day.
How to set up Shifts
1. Log into OfficeMate using an account
Note: if you do not have the relevant permissions, you may not be able to access this part of OfficeMate. Speak to somebody in your venue with Administrator access to complete this task.
2. Navigate to "Shifts" using the left-hand navigation. Here, you'll see a list of shifts that are already setup.
3. You can add shifts, or re-sequence them on this screen. To add, select the 'New' button and populate the fields with the relevant Label and Sequence (order of the shifts in any given day).When you're done, select 'Save'.
