What is a closed account?
A closed account is any previous closed, completed sale that has occurred in the POS.
Step 1- Accessing your Closed Accounts
1. Log into OfficeMate using your own username and password.
Note that in order to view closed accounts, you will need to be granted a high enough permission level by your administrator.
2. Navigate to the Closed Accounts section as shown below.
Step 2 - Filtering Your Closed Accounts
The closed accounts screen can be filtered in order to show the desired account(s) using the below filters.
Search Filters
Filter | Explanation |
Start & End Date | Set the date range in which you would like to see closed accounts. |
Receipt # | If you are looking for one specific closed account, you can enter the receipt (account) number. |
Shift | Show only closed accounts created within a specific shift. |
Finance Unit | Show only closed accounts that have been paid off with specific finance units (also known as payment types). |
Account Type | Show only closed accounts of a specific type (for example: Table, Takeaway, Phone, Online) |
$Total | Show only closed accounts that's total falls within the set range. |
Customer | Show only closed accounts for a specific customer. |
Terminals | Show only closed accounts that were created on a specific terminal. |
Printed | Show only closed accounts based on whether or not the receipt was printed. |
