Exporting to Xero Manually

Summary

OrderMate supports exporting to Xero automatically on a schedule. You may still choose to complete a manual export from time to time. OrderMate allows the following data to be exported to Xero:

• Sales & Takings
• Stock Control Invoices

Before You Export

Make sure that you have configured your accounting integration and setup your accounts.

1. Setup your Xero integration
2. Setup your GL Accounts
3. Map your GL accounts

Exporting Sales & Takings

1. Log in to OfficeMate
2. Select Daily Tasks > Accounting Export from the navigation panel
3. Select the "Sales and Takings" from the Export drop-down.
4. Select the desired date range. (Note: The date range is not inclusive of the To date)
5. Press "Export" on the toolbar at the top.

Exporting Stock Control Invoices

In order to export Stock Control Invoices:

1. Log in to OfficeMate
2. Select Daily Tasks > Accounting Export from the navigation panel
3. Select the "Invoices" from the Export drop-down.
4. Select the desired date range. (Note: The date range is not inclusive of the To date. The export date range is based on the invoice date, not the date entered.)
5. Press "Export" on the toolbar at the top.
