Summary
The customer display is a screen that faces the customer in a QSR or cafe situation. The screen is used to display the items ordered back to the customer, and can also be used to display marketing material and suggestions based on items in the current order. The customer display will also display to the customer their total points balance when the customer is set.
The customer facing displays can be setup in three different modes:
Marketing | The marketing display simply rotates through images in a similar manner to a screensaver. This would be used for in-store advertising or promotions that are not interactive. |
Q & A | The Q & A display is interactive. This will present the customer with questions. The answers that the customer provides will be stored and can be reported on via OfficeMate. |
Order | The order display is a display that will show the customer the items that have been ordered. This display can show different suggestions based on items in the current order. |
