Summary
Loyalty Points can be assigned to menu items across an entire ‘Price Level’ using the ‘Price Level Loyalty’ feature in OfficeMate. Both ‘Earn’ and/or ‘Redeem’ factors can be set per price level and any customers categories assigned to each price level will automatically attract these points.
Setting or Editing Loyalty Points per Price Level
Select ‘Price Levels’ from the navigation panel in OfficeMate
Choose the ‘Price Level Loyalty’ tab from the top of this screen.
Select the desired price level to be set and choose the edit icon also from the top of this screen.
Set the loyalty earn and redeem factor for each price level with the desired ratio. Loyalty points will be calculated at item level as ‘Unit Price’ x ‘Loyalty Factor’. It is possible to set only earn or only redeem if this is desired; and each price level can be set up differently.
Loyalty Earn Factor – The ratio of points the customer will receive when purchasing items from this price level.
Loyalty Redeem Factor – The ratio of points the customer will require to purchase an item from this price level.
Force Loyalty Factor– Pushes this loyalty factor across all menu items in the selected price level.
To apply these changes choose the ‘Update Loyalty’ from the top of the screen.
Select the values to be updated and then ‘OK’. This will now be pushed across to the menu items and is ready to be used.
