Why you may want to search for these customers
Searching through missing customers is a great way to narrow down customers to market to via SMS or email. These are customers who will most likely come in if you market to them.
How to search for frequent or missing customers
From the customers screen in OfficeMate you can select the "advanced" search. This will allow you to search for frequent or missing customers.
What Frequent/Missing customers do is given a time range (eg: 4 weeks) and a unit of time (eg: week) it will check that a customer has made a purchase for each split.
When we get that data – we do a check to see if they are frequent or missing like so.
$ = week customer purchased
