How to report by Dollars Per Head
The "Dollars per head" report breaks down covers per table section, and if using the "Covers by Item" method, it will also report on covers per account type.
This report can be run as a daily report which gives the total covers for each day (shown below). The report can be filtered by a date range and/or customer category and/or a time range filter.
The "Day of Week covers" will display the average cover numbers for each day of the week taken over a date range. This report will give an idea of the average number of patrons coming in each day of the week.
This report can also be run on a weekly or monthly basis, giving the total covers for each week or each month in the selected date range.
