Continue to pay but the payment was sent to a different EFTPOS not in your hand?
It's because the OPAY APP think you are someone else!
Follow the guide below to fix it in minutes!
- Check your EFTPOS serial number
Go to settings -> Device Info
Note down your serial number. - Open OPAY APP - DO NOT LOGIN
- Open OPAY Settings on top right
If your username and password is empty, please contact Ordermate Support - Check your Redback Store ID, it should be your venue's name.
If your store name is INCORRECT, please contact Ordermate Support - Open the Terminal ID dropdown list and select the serial number in step #1
- Press Save Settings
- You are ready to go now!
